In the shoes of a cellar-master

Maybe you’ve heard of the craft introduction workshops run by We Can Doo? But have you tried the one run by Stéphane, Yves and Timothée of ‘Le Bouc et la Treille’, artisan winegrowers who are passionate about their work?

They will be delighted to welcome you to their estate, on the doorstep of Lyon, to introduce you to the fine art of blending wine. Following a tour of the fermenting room and cellar, a presentation of the region’s grape varieties and the characteristics of Coteaux du Lyonnais AOC organic wines, they will give you a chance to taste and find the perfect blend.

At the end, you can take the fruits of your labour home with you. No previous knowledge is required, just a curious mind! A two-hour workshop will cost €75 per person.
