Plant-based super-drinks
The story of Green Bulles Bio began in 2009 when Petrus Collin began making – from A to Z, i.e. from grain cultivation to brewing – his own local organic beer, named ‘Bières Bio Mont d’Or’.
In 2015, he was joined by his wife Blandine, a doctor of pharmacy specialised in medicinal plants. Together, they came up with a new range of lightly sparkling, alcohol-free drinks made with local and organic super-plants: Green Bulles Bio.
Manufactured in the Monts d’Or, their “potions”, as they like to call them, are made using barley malt but with no alcoholic fermentation. An infusion of medicinal plants, grown or harvested in the wild, is then added.
Naturally low in sugar, their recipes (four in total) can be enjoyed in the morning or evening. The latest addition is ‘C/Pure’, made with rosehip, an accessory fruit of wild rose picked in the mountains.
