Ninkasi makes a canny move
Famous in Lyon for its bars, concert venues and brewery, the Ninkasi brand is releasing its very first beer in a can. Following a vote by customers, this 6% New England IPA (NEIPA) was selected as the best recipe of the year. What can you expect? “A very aromatic and fruity IPA style with notes of tropical fruits and peach. Very smooth, with a high content of 100% French hops, it is a beer with plenty of body and a juicy side”.
While the recipe has been universally acclaimed, some might have a word to say about the receptacle. However, the can in question has a few arguments under its tab. In addition to being the best option for preserving the delicate hops, which are sensitive to light, it is lighter than other alternatives, infinitely recyclable, and, importantly given the season, it cools down quicker!
